Rated capacity: 240 liters (9.2 kg), the deviation between actual capacity and rated capacity should be within 0~5% positive deviation. Dimensions: Length 740mm × Width 580mm × Height 1100mm (including lid), lid-included height: 1070mm. Thickness requirements: Lid ≥ 4mm, bottom ≥ 5mm, wall thickness ≥ 6mm. Barrel body weight ≥ 9.2kg, lid weight ≥ 1.2kg, barrel with lid and axle weight ≥ 13.0kg. Solid axle: 1.35kg, hollow axle: 0.30kg, wheels ≥ 2.4kg. Material: New high-density polyethylene (HDPE).

2. Product Requirements:
(1) Appearance performance: Smooth and even surface, free from bubbles, ripples, impurities, sand holes, black spots, or cracks. The color of the plastic garbage bin body and lid must be consistent for the same batch, and there should be no noticeable deformation at the closing parts.
(2) The product is made from new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material through one-time injection molding, with high-quality reinforcement and UV inhibitors added. The pigment content is 5% to ensure bright color and long-lasting fade resistance. The aging resistance of the barrel should comply with GB/T 16422.2 requirements, with sufficient mechanical strength and good impact toughness.

(3) The front and back of the barrel feature longitudinal concave designs, enhancing toughness, load-bearing capacity, and stability. Additionally, the top outer edge has 13 longitudinal reinforcement ribs with a thickness of no less than ≥6mm.

(10) Connection between rubber wheels and bottom axle: Direct insertion with anti-theft and anti-retreat features. The axle is made of galvanized solid steel with anti-corrosion treatment. The wheel hub and rim are made of high-density polyethylene, with a solid hub design. Hub diameter ≥190mm, wheel face width ≥25mm, each wheel has a load capacity of over 50kg.
